The heating in my room did not work, which was unacceptable. the lack of proper communication regarding hotel facilities was frustrating. I felt left in the dark about where to find the gym and other amenities, as no check-in explanation was provided.

the luxury suite was a disaster, as the heating absolutely didn’t work, which ruined the experience. i also couldn’t believe i had to share a huge table with strangers at dinner, talk about a lack of privacy! as a valued guest, i expected a complimentary gesture for all this inconvenience, but apparently that’s too much to ask!
